“Mary Kay West is one of the finest teachers I have had in any field.  She brings a depth, wisdom, clarity, spontaneity and humility into her teaching that I have rarely experienced…to me the qualities of a true master.”

“One would be hard pressed to find teachers that bring with them greater knowledge and skill, and who hold their students with such love, compassion, nurturing and encouragement.  The program itself is well put together to give you a solid foundation for your yoga life.  You will gain enormous experience in asana and philosophy.  You will be challenged, inspired and encouraged to grow.  Your life will change in ways you could not even imagine.”
