Pure Heart Yoga’s 200 hour yoga teacher training program is nationally recognized as a Yoga Alliance Registered School, and upholds the highest standards of yoga instruction and practice. The program includes in-depth study of yoga posture, breathing, mediation, yoga philosophy, yoga related anatomy as well as basic Sanskrit. This program will enhance your knowledge and skills on order to build your confidence as a yoga instructor or as a continuing student looking to deepen their practice. The program brings together all aspects of effective teaching with an emphasis on functional alignment in posture and movement. Ultimately, yoga is the study of the self. This course of study will deepen your journey of self discovery, enhance your life in unimaginable ways, and lift you toward your highest potential. Graduates will receive certification as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance.

Cain Carroll, Master E-RYT 500 teacher with 25 years of dedication to the in-depth study of Eastern Spiritual Arts has studied under the guidance of known and hidden masters of Yoga, Tantra, Taoism, and Buddhism. He is co-author of “Partner Yoga: Making Contact for Physical, Emotional & Spiritual Growth”

Felicia Tomasko, E-RYT 500 teacher and editor of LAYoga magazine, has been studying and practicing Ayurveda and yoga since 1991. She is current president of the California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine and maintains an active practice in southern California.
